Dayleaf 2.2 is about the seam between your day and your journal: the most common actions now take one tap, and a few take none.
π± Home Screen & Lock Screen widgets
The Today widget shows the date, your streak, today's goals and stickers β and goals tick off right on the widget. Sticker Stamp widgets stamp one sticker on today with a single tap; add a row of them for whatever you count. Here's every widget and what it does.
βοΈ Sticker stamps from the watch face
Add the Sticker Stamp complication, choose its sticker right on the face the way World Clock picks a city, and every tap stamps today. Repeat taps count up: water Γ5. Your most-used stickers fill the slots automatically, a second complication carries the rest, and a Stickers complication opens the full grid. On Series 9 and later, Double Tap stamps without touching the screen at all β the basis of the distraction counter.
π¨ Seven new themes, fourteen in all
Olive, Retro, Clay, Frost, Linen, Kraft and Pop β each with a light and a dark face, and each with its own construction. Olive floats outlined wall-calendar cells, Retro leads with a poster-sized month and print rules, Clay embosses soft tiles, Linen keeps only ruled lines, and Kraft frames photos as perforated stamps.
π· Stickers, everywhere
Up to six per day on the calendar, one beside the date and the rest wrapping below. The timeline shows each day's stickers; tap a chip to filter, or search by sticker name. Days with stickers but no entry still appear, with an invitation to write.
π A brighter world
The World Is Leafing globe has richer colour and sparks you can actually see, and you can zoom right down to the city.
π»π³ TiαΊΏng Viα»t
Dayleaf now speaks Vietnamese β the whole app, the watch, and the App Store listing. Eleven languages in all.
What's next
Real-time iCloud sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac is the headline of 2.3. Until then, iCloud backup and restore carries your journal between devices.
